▪ 1-hour sessions with 30 minutes of Pilates followed by a cuppa and catch-up time.

▪ Core strengthening to help heal abdominal gaps (diastasis recti) and improve posture.
▪ Flexibility and stability in the pelvis and hips – great for those who’ve had pelvic pain or hip discomfort.
