💰 1 session = £30
💰 Block Book 6 Sessions = £150
💰 Block Book 10 Sessions = £200

Personalised Training Plan: Tailored workouts designed specifically for your fitness goals and needs.
- Online option: can't make it or childcare messed you around; lets hop online
- No cancelation policy: I get it, kids sick, you're exhausted, husbands home late. I'm flexible and totally get it, have to cancel last minute, you won't lose a session.

Session Times:
I have a variety of session times available; both day times, evening times and occasional Saturday mornings. Once you have booked your session pass I will be in contact to get you booked in. Sessions can be a regular or as ad-hoc as you need.

Why Me?
I rock, I don't take life too seriously and I love to laugh whilst getting the max out of every moment. I get what it's like for life to be mental and to simply want half an hour to carve out some time for yourself.
I know what it's like as a mum of 4 to what to feel stronger, fitter and a healthier version of you.
It is my mission to make sessions fun, rewarding and a good old laugh. I will get the absolute best out of you, push you to your full potential and leave you feeling amazing.
I have over 10 years experience working with ladies and mums like you and I, with a background in forensics and a thirst for learning and perfecting my craft I have always specialised in postnatal recovery and the female form.
Whether your little one is 6 weeks, 6 or 16 years old; I have the experience and expertise to get you stronger, fitter and feeling epic!
