What is SGPT?

SGPT stands forĀ Small Group Personal Training,Ā it’s everything 1-2-1 training and more. More energy, more fun, more accountability... and, honestly?Ā These ladies actually push themselves harder together. There is also solidarity in the post class DOMS!

MyĀ ladies-only small group PT sessions in BasingstokeĀ are child-free, community-driven, and designed to help you lift, sweat, and feel amazing—without the gym bro vibes.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Strength-focused training using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight
  • Form coaching, progress tracking, and real support from your coach
  • A mix of circuits, lifts, supersets, and intervals
  • Sessions adapted to your level - whether you're a beginner or ready to lift heavy

Each class has up to 10 participants to make sure you get the attention you need, without being lost in the crowd.

And did we mention? They'reĀ child-free. These evenings are just for you. No distractions. No baby wipes. Just pure focus and fun.

We are also a social bunch and every few weeks sit around, chit chat some more and munch pizza after class!
