What's What...
MummaBfit
Mum and baby exercise classes; these fun, energetic classes for mums and their little ones. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and circuits in a relaxed, baby-friendly space. From 6 weeks postnatal to school-age and beyond.
SGPT (Small Group PT)
Child-free, evening training sessions with a small group of like-minded mums. Strength-focused, coach-led, and limited to 10 for personalised support. Expect results and fun!
Pilates - Mum & Baby & Adult Only Classes
Gentle, low-impact sessions to stretch, strengthen, and support your body. Evening classes designed for mums who want to wind down and restore strength without pressure.
1:1 PT
Private sessions for women & mums who want to build strength, work on cardio & feel epic. Great for injury rehab, returning to exercise, or building strength and confidence at your own pace.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage; perfect for those stiff necks, tight hamstrings and aching backs. I specialise in ladies physic and the postnatal body.
